Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical leadership and coordinate with a cross-function team of engineering, certification, and program management to support commercial seat modification compliance.
  • •Conduct testing, analysis, and design reviews to demonstrate compliance with applicable structural and occupant injury requirements (e.g., 14 CFR 25.853, 14 CFR 25.869).
  • •Generate and check compliance plans and documents to support TSO, PMA, and STC approvals as an ODA unit member.
  • •Review proposed projects for feasibility, cost, and lead-time.

Key Requirements
