Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure a safe work environment by following MSHA/OSHA/DOT and company safety policies and procedures.
  • •Perform daily pre-shift safety/workplace inspections and complete daily safety assignments (area inspections, pre-shifts, JSA’s, TRACK, etc.).
  • •Operate the front-end loader to transfer material to bins/hoppers and load trucks using loader scale for accurate weights.
  • •Transport and prepare materials (including rough grading, blending/mixing, breaking lumps, and re-stockpiling) while maintaining quality procedures.
  • •Inspect and lubricate equipment, perform minor repairs, determine fuel/coolants/lubricants needs, and report non-routine repairs to a supervisor.
