Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead full lifecycle customer engagements (Identify → Commit → Deploy → Consume) and own outcomes across stages.
  • •Define customer Agentic AI strategy and roadmap; run design workshops and architect solutions across Salesforce’s agentic AI platform, Data Cloud, and enterprise systems with responsible AI governance.
  • •Manage deployment oversight and program delivery, including timelines, stakeholder communication, risk escalation, and progress reporting.
  • •Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics; identify blockers early and develop strategies to realize measurable value.
  • •Coordinate delivery with Forward Deployed Engineers and serve as the primary customer-facing contact, presenting proposals and decisions in business-value terms.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership/programme management for enterprise cloud or SaaS technology.
  • •Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • •Prior customer-facing delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or technical advisory).
  • •Demonstrated understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem, including Agentic AI capabilities and Data Cloud.
  • •Working knowledge of one or more programming languages: Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex.
