Deliver an elevated, personalized luxury shopping experience as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand. Build client relationships through styling, fashion advice, and product expertise, while driving sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, merchandising, and transaction handling.
