Job Summary

Support Federal agencies with organizational assessment and development, focusing on data analytics and data visualization. Collaborate on requirements and strategy, develop and implement analytics/visualization tools and processes, and deliver client-ready work products including briefings and PowerPoint decks. Maintain SharePoint/Teams version control, provide status updates and monthly reports, and apply Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) skills when applicable. Remote role with occasional in-person meetings.

•Develop and implement data analytics and visualization tools, processes, and client-accepted recommendations.
•Collaborate with teammates on assigned tasks, providing day-to-day input and support on project teams.
•Prepare briefings and PowerPoint decks, memos, and emails; present findings to clients and stakeholders.
•Maintain files on SharePoint/Teams with version control and archiving, and manage timelines, schedules, status reporting, and monthly reports.

•Ability to create written documentation for multiple stakeholder audiences (e.g., full reports, one-pagers, white papers).
•Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to communicate and build rapport with colleagues and clients.
•Experience developing and implementing data analytics and visualization products, with Microsoft Power Platform experience preferred.
•Ability to apply for and receive a federal security clearance.
