Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor execution of project HSE activities and continually observe site operations to ensure HSE requirements are met.
  • •Develop and implement field location emergency response procedures and evacuation plans for safe evacuation.
  • •Ensure hazard and unsafe work conditions/practices are identified daily, with observation reports and recorded corrective measures.
  • •Provide HSE training programs (incident prevention, first aid, and safety awareness) and run monthly employee/induction and daily toolbox talks.
  • •Support risk assessment requirements and daily/weekly reporting, including inspections of mobile plant, gears, HSE equipment, fire extinguishers, and site tools/ladders/machinery.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of working experience, including 3 years of relevant HSE experience.
  • •Comprehensive understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
  • •Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and hazard analyses and developing mitigation strategies.
  • •Ability to investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • •ERP knowledge with proficiency in SAP functional skills (preferred/required).
