Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with planning outage management strategy, scope, resourcing, spare parts, QA plan, and pre-outage studies.
  • •Support end-to-end outage execution by monitoring progress, managing stakeholders/service providers, and ensuring work control, HSSE, and quality standards.
  • •Coordinate issuance of spare parts, consumables, tools, and necessary permits/work authorizations prior to execution.
  • •Update schedules daily, run daily outage coordination meetings, and escalate/resolution issues promptly.
  • •Prepare post-execution reporting and support final calibration/checking and acceptance according to the authority matrix.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • •10+ years of experience in Operations and Maintenance of large power plants.
  • •Outage execution experience with OEMs is a plus.
  • •Experience managing at least one outage for steam or gas turbines.
  • •Knowledge of power plant maintenance equipment, practices, procedures, and applicable legal/quality/HSSE requirements.
