Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer and continuously improve the GTM stack day to day, including users, objects, fields, workflows, automations, integrations, validation logic, and data hygiene.
  • •Own access and security at the data layer by designing and enforcing granular, field- and property-level access controls (profiles, permission sets, field-level security).
  • •Build and maintain process-enforcing automation such as deal-stage gates, handoffs, territory/eligibility logic, and workflow actions that keep sales clean.
  • •Partner on architecture with Rev Ops by designing how the CRM, CPQ/billing, and CS systems integrate and ramping into architectural decisions.
  • •Work across systems beyond the CRM (e.g., sales engagement and CS tools) using consistent systems thinking and document SOPs/process for what you own.

Key Requirements

  • •1–3 years building and maintaining an object-oriented CRM system (Salesforce and HubSpot experience ideal).
  • •Salesforce Administrator certification (or a clear path to it) is a strong plus; HubSpot CRM experience is a strong plus.
  • •A strong point of view on CRM architecture, including object relationships, permission models, and automation patterns.
  • •Deep comfort with permission models: profiles, permission sets, field-level security, teams/roles, and authenticated user permissions for API/agent actions.
  • •Systems mindset and ability to execute reliably against written instruction, knowing when to raise a better idea.
