Director, HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Senior HR leader partnering with senior business leaders to shape and execute People Group strategies aligned with GEICO's evolving business goals. You will own PG strategy and execution within aligned client groups, driving HR initiatives such as organizational design, succession planning, compensation/reward, and talent development. Collaborate with PG Centers of Excellence to deliver a unified, inclusive employee experience in a fast-paced, transformational environment.
