Job Summary

Provide site and lifecycle after-sales services for installed equipment and local customers, including MRO/warranty support, upgrades/migrations, start-up & commissioning, and installation/maintenance/repairs. Implement Ovation system upgrade/migration, deliver 24-hour standby coverage for contract customers, support service infrastructure building in Korea, and manage product recall/replacement. Collaborate with project teams, report progress and technical issues to the Service Manager, and continuously identify quality and efficiency improvements.
