Pharmacist

Provide pharmaceutical care with professional authority across ward and outpatient settings by reviewing and interpreting prescriptions, advising on medication use, and clarifying prescription abnormalities with physicians. Maintain pharmacy inventory and crash carts medication readiness, perform drug utilization/administration evaluations, and support quality, safety, infection control, and OSH/PCI processes. Participate in continuous education, help train new in-pharmacist staff, and maintain required licensure and mandatory training.
