Perform basis of design, detailed calculations, process simulations (HYSYS, Flare System Analyzer, PipeNet, Pipesim, OLGA), and develop heat/material balances and equipment/line sizing. Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality systems, participate in PHA/HAZOP safety reviews, and mentor junior engineers.
