Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop analyses, models, and strategic recommendations to guide resource allocation and growth prioritization.
  • •Drive initiatives across provider acquisition, market expansion, segmentation, partnerships, and new go-to-market motions.
  • •Build and improve planning processes and performance frameworks for decision-making across the growth organization.
  • •Partner with growth, finance, engineering, and leadership to identify opportunities, remove operational bottlenecks, and improve performance.
  • •Explore and execute on new opportunities including strategic partnerships, new products/services, and expansion into new markets.

Salary: USD 140,000 - 270,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Experience solving analytical, operational problems with strong outcome ownership in a fast-growing environment (e.g., startup, consulting, finance, growth, investing).
  • •Experience building analyses, operating models, or strategic recommendations that influenced business decisions, ideally in revenue operations, sales strategy, or operations.
  • •Comfort working with data and tools including spreadsheets and SQL, plus low-code and AI tools.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication to participate effectively in internal debates and external relationships.
  • •Track record of moving quickly, finding shortcuts, and going to unreasonable lengths to deliver on goals.
