Job Summary

Help define how the company grows by building analyses, models, and strategic recommendations that guide resource allocation across provider acquisition and market expansion. Lead high-priority initiatives, design operating systems and performance frameworks for the growth organization, and partner with growth, finance, product, engineering, and leadership. You’ll leverage AI and automation to scale GTM execution, explore new partnership and market opportunities, and act like an owner to balance speed and long-term profitability.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop analyses, models, and strategic recommendations to guide resource allocation and growth prioritization.
•Drive initiatives across provider acquisition, market expansion, segmentation, partnerships, and new go-to-market motions.
•Build and improve planning processes and performance frameworks for decision-making across the growth organization.
•Partner with growth, finance, engineering, and leadership to identify opportunities, remove operational bottlenecks, and improve performance.
•Explore and execute on new opportunities including strategic partnerships, new products/services, and expansion into new markets.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 270,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience solving analytical, operational problems with strong outcome ownership in a fast-growing environment (e.g., startup, consulting, finance, growth, investing).
•Experience building analyses, operating models, or strategic recommendations that influenced business decisions, ideally in revenue operations, sales strategy, or operations.
•Comfort working with data and tools including spreadsheets and SQL, plus low-code and AI tools.
•Strong written and verbal communication to participate effectively in internal debates and external relationships.
•Track record of moving quickly, finding shortcuts, and going to unreasonable lengths to deliver on goals.
