Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Regional Operations Managers, accountable for inspection objectives and key results.
  • •Ensure inspection policies, processes, procedures, and tools are followed to meet regional SLA’s and targets.
  • •Assist in hiring inspectors (contractors and full-time) within assigned regions.
  • •Collaborate with marketplace and commercial sales leadership and scheduling to ensure regional success and on-time completion.
  • •Use VOC and eNPS feedback and inspection data to identify trends, improve quality and capacity, and increase consistency.
