Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Supervise and coordinate 2nd-shift production in Chanhassen, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and customer-service standards are met. You’ll review production plans, organize changeovers, manage materials and inventory, resolve operational problems, and maintain equipment through troubleshooting and preventive maintenance. The role includes leading and developing staff through training and coaching, driving process improvements, updating 6S ownership, and providing daily performance updates to senior management.
