Lead CSR / Teller - McKinley Park - Full Time

Provide excellent customer service as the most complex CSR/Teller, using independent judgment to refer customers for consultative conversations and ensure a positive customer experience. Manage risk by following policies and consistently identifying, assessing, monitoring, and reporting risks. Support day-to-day financial center operations including cash counts, FCA requests, balancing records, and training newly hired Customer Service Representatives while facilitating retail product referrals.
