Process daily teller transactions for lobby and drive-up customers, including deposits, loan payments, check cashing, savings withdrawals, cashier’s checks, and savings bond redemptions. Provide client account services, answer questions in person and by phone, and complete special requests such as foreign currency exchange and safe-deposit box procedures. Reconcile cash drawers, follow security and dual-control procedures, use 360View to log activity and referrals, and identify basic referral opportunities for additional products.
