Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain the IMS for programs using MS Project, incorporating contractual changes to keep baselines realistic.
  • •Ensure IMS compliance with government customer requirements across all program phases.
  • •Resource-load IMS with target budgets to demonstrate cost/schedule integration and traceability to production scope.
  • •Conduct detailed IMS analysis and communicate schedule status, critical path results, and what-if analyses to planning leads, managers, and customers.
  • •Support EAC and LRE processes as they relate to the IMS and develop/maintain the Program Master Phasing Schedule using Milestones Professional Software.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; minimum 2 years in Program Planning, Scheduling, or Project Management
  • •Experience with scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar)
  • •Ability to decompose statements of work and transform into workable program plans
  • •Familiarity with government regulations pertaining to Earned Value management and program planning
  • •PMP certification (preferred)
