Key Responsibilities

  • •Model and coach the ultimate consumer experience through customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.
  • •Support store management in training and coaching staff to deliver authentic customer service and meet sales goals.
  • •Assist leadership in maximizing sales opportunities.
  • •Support operational excellence by getting products to the floor and supporting store operations and visual merchandising.
  • •Help lead a positive, engaging shopping experience while driving key store initiatives.
