Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and develop a staff team.
  • •Oversee ongoing valuation projects and client relationships.
  • •Utilize valuation standards of value such as fair market value, fair value, intrinsic value, and investment value.
  • •Apply valuation approaches and methodologies including market, income (e.g., discounted cash flow and capitalization of earnings), asset, and cost approaches.
  • •Conduct financial statement analysis and quantify discount/capitalization rates and intangible valuations to support defensible results (including expert testimony).

Salary: USD 85,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years performing bank valuations for financial reporting, including experience valuing loan portfolios, core deposit intangibles, and customer relationship intangibles.
  • •Undergraduate degree required; emphasis in Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred.
  • •Valuation experience in other financial services segments (e.g., insurance brokerage, specialty finance, mortgage banking) is a plus.
  • •Progress toward ASA, CVA, CPA, and/or CFA designation is a plus.
  • •Must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without sponsorship; willing to travel as needed (less than 25%).
