Job Summary

Design and build Power BI dashboards and reporting tools that provide leadership and clients clear KPI visibility across cost, schedule, and performance. Develop Power Apps solutions to streamline data collection and approvals for project controls. Analyze project datasets for trends and anomalies, standardize KPI tracking templates, and produce executive progress reports. Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, EVM tracking, and administer cost management/PMIS platforms to improve reporting accuracy and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and build Power BI dashboards and reporting tools for cost, schedule, and performance KPIs.
•Develop Power Apps solutions to streamline data collection, approvals, and workflow automation across project controls.
•Analyze project datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities to improve reporting accuracy.
•Standardize reporting templates and KPI tracking frameworks to ensure consistent, accurate data feeding into Power BI.
•Prepare cost estimates, budgets, forecasts, cash flows, financial projections, and support earned value management (EVM) tracking and reporting.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
•7+ years of experience in project controls, reporting, and data analysis on large-scale capital projects.
•Hands-on Power BI dashboard/report development and Power Apps workflow/data collection experience, plus advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
•Working knowledge of cost forecasting, budgeting, and earned value management (EVM) practices.
•Familiarity with scheduling concepts and PMIS/scheduling platforms such as e-Builder, Procore, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project.
