Key Responsibilities

•Own the regional content strategy and defend it commercially, linking output to pipeline and activation metrics in LATAM markets.
•Write and produce high-quality content across blogs, web copy, campaign assets, emails, testimonials, case studies and social channels.
•Develop positioning that speaks to LATAM pain points (FX volatility, cross-border payments) for SMBs, freelancers and marketplace sellers.
•Oversee localization of web, blog, email, product and registration content into Spanish and Portuguese for native readability and conversion.
•Drive awareness and search visibility with LATAM SEO/ASO strategies and establish local media and influencer relationships.

Key Requirements

•6+ years in content, editorial or growth marketing with multi-market scope, ideally in B2B fintech, payments, SaaS or professional services targeting SMBs or freelancers.
•Exceptional writer and editor in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a meaningful advantage.
•Strong positioning instincts in complex B2B landscapes and ability to map content to business outcomes.
•Fluency in localization as a discipline—cultural adaptation and market-specific tone across Spanish-speaking markets and Brazil.
•Experience managing agencies across markets and a proven project manager able to juggle multiple priorities in a distributed team.
