Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the regional content strategy and defend it commercially, linking output to pipeline and activation metrics in LATAM markets.
  • •Write and produce high-quality content across blogs, web copy, campaign assets, emails, testimonials, case studies and social channels.
  • •Develop positioning that speaks to LATAM pain points (FX volatility, cross-border payments) for SMBs, freelancers and marketplace sellers.
  • •Oversee localization of web, blog, email, product and registration content into Spanish and Portuguese for native readability and conversion.
  • •Drive awareness and search visibility with LATAM SEO/ASO strategies and establish local media and influencer relationships.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years in content, editorial or growth marketing with multi-market scope, ideally in B2B fintech, payments, SaaS or professional services targeting SMBs or freelancers.
  • •Exceptional writer and editor in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a meaningful advantage.
  • •Strong positioning instincts in complex B2B landscapes and ability to map content to business outcomes.
  • •Fluency in localization as a discipline—cultural adaptation and market-specific tone across Spanish-speaking markets and Brazil.
  • •Experience managing agencies across markets and a proven project manager able to juggle multiple priorities in a distributed team.
