Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform maintenance and repairs on heavy rental and customer-owned equipment and aerial lifts, diagnosing root causes and corrective actions.
  • •Use the company technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track machine service intervals, and order parts.
  • •Follow safe job practices for repairing equipment and be knowledgeable of OSHA requirements (preferred).
  • •Maintain complete and timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed, including daily work orders.
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment/parts and travel to customer job sites for repair/maintenance when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position.
  • •Advanced mechanical aptitude and extensive knowledge of construction equipment, including schematics/diagrams.
  • •Ability to perform maintenance and repair across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems using independent judgment.
  • •Must have a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and be at least 21 years old to operate a company vehicle.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred; field service and maintenance/repair experience preferred.
