Key Responsibilities

•Assist the Banking Center Manager with sales, customer service, P&L management, operations, and employee development.
•Assume responsibility for the banking center in the Manager’s absence and ensure an exceptional client experience.
•Achieve/exceed individual sales, service, and operations targets while supporting Banking Center performance.
•Process routine banking transactions and prepare/compile client information to open accounts accurately.
•Network and prospect to build COIs, support segmentation and retention initiatives, and assist with audits, compliance, and operational standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24 - 30 hourly

Key Requirements

•H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
•3-4 years of customer sales/service experience.
•1-2 years of supervisory experience, with demonstrated success leading, coaching, and motivating.
•Working knowledge of all products and services and the ability to keep current with branch transaction systems.
•Ability to work a flexible and/or rotating schedule, including weekends and extended hours.
