Relationship Manager

The Relationship Manager will serve as the primary liaison for a portfolio of high‑value enterprise clients, collaborating with sales and marketing to understand their needs, develop strategic plans, and strengthen partnerships. You’ll identify key client stakeholders, resolve issues quickly, and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance brand, relationships, and long‑term profitability in a fintech/payments context.
