Key Responsibilities

  • •Own IT operations and infrastructure across devices, SaaS tools, endpoint management, and vendor relationships.
  • •Provide first point of contact for day-to-day IT support, resolving issues quickly and minimizing disruption.
  • •Administer systems including MDM, identity and access management, and IT ticketing; evaluate and introduce new tools/processes as the company grows.
  • •Manage employee lifecycle and access control: onboarding hardware/accounts/access, offboarding and access revocation, periodic access reviews, and support for engineering/product access provisioning.
  • •Maintain security compliance: coordinate SOC 2 Type II audits, lead progression to ISO 27001, strengthen controls as the business scales, and complete security questionnaires.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience owning IT operations and/or security compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001 or similar) at a scaling company, ideally SaaS.
  • •Hands-on experience with access management, identity providers, and device/endpoint management tooling.
  • •Track record running or contributing to compliance audits (SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 or similar frameworks).
  • •Strong ownership mindset—identify what needs to be done, act without waiting for direction, and follow through to completion.
  • •Highly organized and detail-oriented, especially when managing access, devices, and audit evidence.
