Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, scale, ship, and monitor the platform reliably using Java and other backend technologies.
  • •Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements and complete feature work.
  • •Improve delivery quality by planning work, meeting deadlines, and ensuring proper testing and monitoring.
  • •Mentor other engineers through knowledge sharing, feedback on PRs, and technical design input.
  • •Own projects and drive technical architecture, risk mitigation, and identification/remediation of technical debt and performance bottlenecks.
