Key Responsibilities

  • •Support customers and area-aligned teams as a Splunk expert, guiding how to best use the platform.
  • •Deliver onboarding and enablement via workshops and prescriptive mentorship to achieve onboarding milestones.
  • •Assess account health with emphasis on telemetry risk signals and accounts nearing renewal, then scope effort and develop technical action plans.
  • •Engage Area aligned Technical Success Engineers, Customer Success Executives, and CS/SE Management to align priorities and address risk accounts/themes.
  • •Provide strategic, case-based technical consulting (up to 90 days) and collaborate with internal and customer-facing teams to manage needs and resolve sophisticated problems.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years administering and using Splunk Core (Enterprise/Cloud).
