Key Responsibilities

  • •Team with Systems Engineering, Project Management, and Sales personnel to effectively design, implement, optimize, test, cutover, and document advanced communication systems that meet or exceed customer expectations
  • •Provide weekly reports of activities and accomplishments
  • •Oversee onsite installation of network, server, and RF equipment using design drawings and product documentation; provide as-built information for final system documentation
  • •Perform onsite and remote configuration of network, server, RF, and databases; provide as-configured documentation and baseline reports
  • •Troubleshoot networks, servers, databases, and RF infrastructure using system logs and monitoring tools; verify fault-free status

Key Requirements

  • •Associate's Degree in a technical or engineering discipline and 4+ years of technical or engineering experience
  • •OR 6+ years of technical or engineering experience
  • •Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position
  • •Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN IP networks; proficient in installation, configuration, and maintenance of network, server, and RF systems
  • •Ability to travel 50-75% and reside in or relocate to Ohio
