Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts to build a high-performing G&A FP&A function.
  • •Partner with G&A leaders (Finance, Legal, People/HR, IT) to align planning with company objectives.
  • •Own G&A forecasting and budgeting end-to-end, including headcount planning and opex forecasting, and consolidate outputs into a coherent view.
  • •Develop and deliver management reporting on G&A performance to drive executive decision-making.
  • •Modernize and automate forecasting/planning tools in Pigment and standardize AI usage across the team; oversee month-end close and workforce planning alignment.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in FP&A or other finance functions, including managing or mentoring a team.
  • •Expertise in financial modeling and forecasting/budgeting with advanced proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Excel.
  • •Experience with Pigment (or comparable financial planning tools) and planning systems/processes.
  • •Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or economics (MBA a plus).
  • •Strong business partnering with G&A functions and excellent communication skills across senior stakeholders.
