Job Summary

Support SAP GTS processes across compliance, customs, risk, preferences, screening, and embargo checks, and integrate with SAP ECC logistics. Provide L1.5/L2/L3 production support for SAP ECC applications, diagnose and resolve incidents within SLAs, and perform RCA for recurring issues. Manage service requests, standard changes, minor enhancements, and deployment/transport activities while coordinating with business and technical teams and following ITIL incident/problem/change/release practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Support SAP GTS processes (compliance, customs, risk management, preference processing, SPL screening, embargo checks) and integration with ECC logistics.
•Provide L1.5/L2/L3 production support for SAP ECC applications.
•Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within SLA and perform RCA for recurring issues.
•Handle service requests and standard changes, including minor enhancements and configuration updates.
•Coordinate deployment activities, transport management, testing (UT/SIT/UAT), and prepare functional/technical documentation and knowledge articles.

Key Requirements

•Support SAP GTS processes including compliance, customs, risk management, preference processing, SPL screening, embargo checks, and ECC logistics integration.
•Provide L1.5/L2/L3 production support for SAP ECC applications and resolve incidents within SLA.
•Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and troubleshoot production incidents.
•Handle service requests and standard changes, delivering minor enhancements and configuration updates.
•Work shifts supporting multiple regional support with participation in on-call during business-critical periods.
