Job Summary

Electrical Integration Engineer to join the Air Dominance & Strike team in Costa Mesa, responsible for end-to-end development, test and documentation of air-vehicle electrical systems. Will collaborate with avionics, systems, manufacturing, and flight-test teams to support development, integration, and testing of high-reliability avionics and power systems for Group 5 air vehicles and missile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

•Create and maintain documentation to include block diagrams and ICD wiring interconnect diagrams throughout all phases of product development.
•Build up and test avionics system components through lab, ground, and flight tests.
•Manage concurrent involvement in multiple projects at various stages.
•Participate in design reviews and provide input to identify issues and drive design choices.
•Conduct root-cause analysis in support of vehicle integration and field operations

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
•Proficient in designing electrical harnessing for rugged commercial, industrial, aerospace, or military applications
•Familiar with common electrical bus interfaces (CAN, Ethernet, RS422, RS232, MIL-STD-1553)
•Must possess excellent communication skills
•Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
