You’ll coordinate delivery, manage timings, liaise with venues and artists, and lead on-site teams to ensure high-quality event execution. This freelance role offers flexible hours, invoicing, and potential future opportunities with travel across the island.

•Follow instructions provided by the manager to deliver events.
•Manage and keep to scheduled event timings provided by manager.
•Implement new or amended production details, company policies and procedures; on-site logistical issues and production management.
•Artist Liaison and direct engagement with performers and venues.
•Directing, managing, supporting and briefing team; host events and be main point of contact for event.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•2+ years event management experience (mandatory).
•Exceptional customer service (required).
•Strong team/people management (required).
•Public speaking (desirable).
•Sound engineering skills (desirable).
