Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate stakeholder meetings and requirements workshops to identify system functions, outputs, inputs, and controls.
  • •Document business/functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and business rules.
  • •Ensure requirements are complete, traceable, testable, and aligned to program objectives.
  • •Partner with Product Owners and development teams across Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives to prioritize and clarify work.
  • •Validate delivered capabilities through UAT, review test coverage, support defect resolution, and promote Agile best practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree with 12+ years (or commensurate experience).
  • •8+ years of Business Analyst experience with enterprise systems and requirements management.
  • •5+ years supporting Agile software development and working with Product Owners and development teams.
  • •Experience coordinating across programs to ensure continuity and alignment of work.
  • •Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
