Key Responsibilities

  • •Guide and manage projects to ensure successful execution and delivery.
  • •Lead global standardization, governance, stewardship, and continuous improvement of HBS Operations data, with explicit ownership of SMS data and its integrations.
  • •Develop and execute strategy to deploy global data governance across HBS Operations business systems including SMS, CPQ, Salesforce, NEX SMS, PMIS, and related platforms.
  • •Improve data fidelity, business performance, field execution, operational productivity, and data-driven decision-making through effective management of master and transactional data.
  • •Manage downstream responsibilities with the team and drive effective stakeholder management across multiple levels.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
  • •Have ITIL Foundation and/or ISO/IEC 20000 Foundation certification.
  • •Demonstrate strong understanding of GDPR and global data privacy requirements.
  • •Possess deep knowledge of HBS Operations processes, systems, tools, metrics, and operational workflows.
  • •Understand enterprise business systems and data flows, including SMS, CPQ, Salesforce, NEX SMS, PMIS, and related integrations.
