Sales & Service Technician

Provide in-person diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair for Dyson products at the service center, while using consultative conversations to understand customer needs and recommend the right service or product solutions. Manage customer expectations in real time, communicate repair findings and replacement options clearly, and accurately process transactions in Dyson systems. Drive cross-selling through trust-based conversations and complete daily/weekly operational reporting while following quality and escalation procedures.
