Key Responsibilities

•Find and talk to software engineers, PMs, and GTM leaders from top universities and companies; own outreach strategy from day one.
•Run the full hiring lifecycle, including writing outbound pitches, conducting initial screens, managing pipelines, and helping close offers.
•Use AI and automation tools to handle repetitive work so you can focus on messaging and candidate conversations.
•Partner with internal teams to calibrate on active roles and use data to identify and fix hiring bottlenecks.
•Deliver an incredible candidate experience and get excellent at telling the Netic story.

Key Requirements

•A recent or upcoming degree from a top school, plus a demonstrated habit of working hard and winning at what you care about.
•Real grit and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-changing environment.
•Strong communication skills, including a love of writing and confidence with hyper-technical conversations.
•An analytical mindset focused on recruiting as a numbers game (response rates, conversion loops, process improvement).
•A high slope: fast learning of technical concepts, ability to take feedback, and adaptability on the fly.
