Job Summary

Oversee daily cargo operations by planning loads across general, courier, special, and interline shipments using the airline Passenger Service System (PSS) and Business Intelligence (BI). Prepare and distribute cargo load plans to ground handling agents, optimize aircraft belly capacity, and manage intra-country E-trucking and interline bookings. Execute system updates (reservations, weights, HS codes, AWB corrections) and ensure EDI messages are transmitted accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan daily loads for all cargo types by analyzing passenger loads, pre-booked baggage, and aircraft capacity using PSS and BI.
•Prepare and release detailed cargo load plans to Ground Handling Agents (GHAs) while meeting cargo parameters (commodity type, SHCs, volume, priority, customer profiles).
•Optimize aircraft belly space to maximize cargo revenue while maintaining safety standards and regulatory compliance.
•Plan and coordinate intra-country E-trucking and coordinate trucking movements, reconnections, or schedule adjustments with neighboring airports and airlines.
•Oversee interline cargo bookings, execute critical system changes (reservations, weight amendments, HS code updates, AWB corrections), and ensure EDI messages are transmitted and received on time.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a closely related field (advantage).
•1 to 3 years of experience in air cargo operations, including load planning, GHA coordination, or managing cargo systems.
•Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication platforms.
•Strong analytical and planning capabilities with excellent coordination and communication skills.
•Fluent in English (written and verbal) and able to work in a 24x7 shift-based operational environment.
