Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead full-lifecycle PCB/CCA/PCBA design from architectural definition through layout, fabrication, and integration for mission-critical hardware.
  • •Validate and debug complex systems with simulations (SI/PI, thermal), hands-on prototyping, and board/system-level debugging.
  • •Develop and execute detailed test plans and fixtures for hardware validation, characterization, and qualification in demanding environments.
  • •Collaborate across Mechanical, Software, Firmware, and Manufacturing to ensure system integration and manufacturability (DFM/DFT).
  • •Innovate and continuously improve hardware solutions by researching new technologies and refining design processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 129,000 - 171,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 3+ years of hands-on experience in full-lifecycle hardware design.
  • •Extensive experience with ECAD tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro) for schematic capture, layout, routing, and fabrication outputs on complex high-layer-count boards.
  • •Strong understanding of high-speed digital design, signal/power integrity, analog and mixed-signal circuits, and power delivery with related simulation/analysis techniques.
  • •Hands-on hardware bring-up and debugging using lab equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, network analyzers) down to component level.
  • •Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
