Key Responsibilities

  • •Own product health monitoring and insights on adoption and utilization across the EHR.
  • •Maintain documentation and runbooks for vendor integrations.
  • •Manage day-to-day vendor and compliance relationships and translate requirements into engineering-ready user stories with acceptance criteria.
  • •Partner with Design and Engineering to shape solutions and work through workflow and interaction tradeoffs.
  • •Project-manage vendor integration and upgrade timelines and partner with Engineering on implementation details and edge cases, validating with customers and internal stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3–5+ years as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Technical Program Manager in healthcare tech or another regulated industry.
  • •Strong data and technical fluency: read API docs, write/interpret SQL queries, trace end-to-end data flows, and discuss implementation details with Engineering.
  • •Experience managing vendor and compliance relationships in an integrated product environment.
  • •Experience working in scrum/agile environments, including writing user stories, managing backlogs, and running planning.
  • •Compliance/regulatory comfort with HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, or similar healthcare data standards.
