Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and maintain company policies for the Industrial business unit and support business and sales objectives.
  • •Drive operational efficiency improvements (standardization, quality control, safety, facility design, and customer satisfaction).
  • •Maintain safety and security in accordance with OSHA standards; oversee emergency planning and monthly safety inspections.
  • •Manage ISO activities (Intelex reporting, monthly MMR meetings, warehouse compliance areas) and support internal/external audits.
  • •Oversee purchasing and inventory control activities with the shared purchasing center; manage facilities needs and operational documentation (including MTR uploads).
