Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage workstreams for cross-border acceptance and acquiring, including measurement/tracking, processing solution development, rules/pricing evolution, and compliance/risk policies.
  • •Develop and scale net-new cross-border capabilities by partnering with network processing, value-added services, and treasury teams throughout the development lifecycle.
  • •Support and improve existing cross-border acquiring programs by implementing process efficiencies, creating client-facing content, training internal stakeholders, and launching enhancements.
  • •Become an SME for cross-border acceptance and engage directly with clients on complex cross-border topics.
  • •Align executives and collaborate with global/regional stakeholders to ensure on-schedule delivery and strategic alignment.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 8+ years with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD), or 3+ years with a PhD.
  • •Proven experience in a strategic role in management consulting or within a global organization focused on cross-border initiatives and/or corporate strategy.
  • •Strong understanding of international markets, the global payments ecosystem, and innovation trends related to cross-border payments.
  • •Strong record collaborating across cross-functional teams, including with executive leadership.
  • •Exceptional analytical skills to interpret complex data and market trends, with strong communication skills.
