Lead daily operations as the strategic manager of a Timberland store, driving business performance, delivering exceptional customer experience, and building an inclusive, high-performing team. Partner with store leaders to achieve sales and KPI goals, coach associates on service standards and product knowledge, and handle escalated customer concerns. Manage scheduling, expense control, loss prevention, audits, and reporting while ensuring visual merchandising and inventory/shipping standards are met.
