Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand the challenges of each brand in the portfolio.
  • •Build and lead collaborations and partnerships with brands in an omnichannel environment.
  • •Define negotiation objectives with Category Management teams and profitability objectives aligned with company policy.
  • •Ensure legal security for agreements across the EME scope and manage listing negotiations and legal formalization of new brands.
  • •Monitor application of local agreements across EME countries, track brand margins, and share internal reporting with leadership and the European Offer team.

Key Requirements

  • •A degree from a business school or university.
  • •At least 5 years’ experience in Category Management (selective retailing or retail) or in negotiation (selective retailing or retail).
  • •Good analytical and digital skills.
  • •Excellent negotiation skills, persuasiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile.
  • •Fluent English and strong oral/public presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • •Ability to work in a team and integrate effectively into a matrix structure.
