Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, characterize, and optimize MEMS resonator devices to meet volume production requirements for an analog technology development team.
  • •Drive process and device improvements using characterization, test, design of experiments, data analysis, and simulation.
  • •Collaborate with process, integration, reliability, packaging, and test engineers to achieve technical goals.
  • •Partner with product groups to identify and optimize resonator performance for critical final device parameters.
  • •Plan and lead technical discussions, manage parallel tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate project status across organizations.

Key Requirements

  • •Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
  • •Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0.
  • •Preferred coursework and research experience in semiconductor device physics.
  • •Ability to establish strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills.
