Own the full global tax lifecycle, building Checkr’s tax function and leading direct and indirect tax strategy across federal, state, local, and international jurisdictions. Drive quarterly and annual income tax provision, transfer pricing, R&D credits, and sales/use tax compliance. Partner with Corporate Development on M&A tax due diligence and entity structuring, and prepare the company for public-company readiness with SOX-compliant processes.
