Key Responsibilities

•Lead and grow a high performing team of Solution Architects, providing clarity on Mission and Strategy, technical guidance, career development and resource allocation to meet GSI objectives.
•Partner with GSI leadership to build dedicated NVIDIA AI centers of excellence and ensure partners successfully integrate NVIDIA AI platform into their core offerings.
•Collaborate with NVIDIA product, engineering and business development leadership to align partner feedback with internal product groups and help create an effective GTM.
•Represent NVIDIA at the C-suite level within GSIs, articulating the business value of full-stack AI acceleration and the transition to Agentic enterprise models.
•Act as the technical authority for sophisticated, multi-step Agentic AI workflows, ensuring business use cases are satisfied with scalability, performance and security.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 224,000 - 356,500 annually

Key Requirements

•BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, other Engineering or related fields (or equivalent experience).
•8+ years of overall experience, with 3+ years specifically in technical leadership or management of Solutions Architecture/engineering teams.
•Proven expertise in Generative or Agentic AI, RAG and the orchestration of LLMs. You should be comfortable understanding development platforms with the use of coding agents.
•Deep understanding of Data Centers and relevant AI or HPC full stack infrastructure i.e. GPU accelerated computing at scale.
•Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both engineering teams as well as non-technical business executives.
