  • •Provide front-line leadership and supervision to multi-trades personnel, overseeing multi-trade work orders and projects.
  • •Oversee preventative maintenance and drive improvements to reduce unplanned downtime.

  • •Lead process improvements and support creative/innovative solutions aligned to organizational goals.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced degree and 3+ years of leadership experience in facilities maintenance/infrastructure/maintenance projects, or a bachelor’s with 5+ years, or an associate’s/technical diploma with 7+ years, or high school/military-technical training with 9+ years.
  • •Ability to provide front-line leadership and supervision for multi-trade work (e.g., carpentry, millwright, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, sheet metal).
  • •Ability to read and understand building infrastructure and technology schematics and blueprints.
  • •Oversee preventative maintenance to improve unplanned downtime while ensuring safety requirements are followed.
  • •At least one AR professional license (CSL, Electrical, Plumbing, or HVAC).
