Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop analog/custom IC layouts to meet HBM specifications and requirements.
  • •Lead die design, layout architecture analysis, and optimization for performance, power, and area.
  • •Establish and grow an HBM layout team and manage team performance, development, hiring, and retention.
  • •Organize tasks, allocate resources, and manage logistics for multiple layout projects through tape-out.
  • •Act as a technical point of contact for customer support and specifications, and represent Micron in industry standards committees.

  • •18+ years of analog/custom IC layout experience in advanced CMOS process.
  • •4+ years developing teams with experience leading multiple projects and tape-out.
  • •Expertise in Cadence VLE/VXL and Calibre DRC/LVS, plus strong layout and floor planning skills including manual routing.
  • •Ability to build and continuously develop a premier analog/mixed-signal layout team.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills for leading multi-functional, multi-site teams across time zones.
