•Own and maintain the global MPIM concept-to-consumer planning calendar, aligning planning milestones with global and regional teams.
•Monitor KPIs and business performance to identify opportunities, risks, and recommended actions.
•Lead key pre-season and in-season planning milestones including forecasting, investment reviews, volume alignment, buy reviews, and inventory/performance targets.
•Develop executive presentations and materials for senior leadership reviews, S&OP meetings, and strategic discussions by translating complex data into actionable insights.
•Drive process improvements and support implementation of new tools, technologies, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities across planning and operations teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 135,200 - 198,300 annually

•Master’s degree in Business Management.
•8+ years of experience in planning, strategy, business operations, consulting, retail, supply chain, or related business functions.

•Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, plus ability to manage projects and influence stakeholders across functions.
